It combines four ways to learn: AI conversations you can type or speak, guided lessons that start from zero, word practice with flashcards and games, and short Swedish videos with translated subtitles. Yes. Skrol's guided course is Swedish for beginners, starting from the very first word. It begins at beginner level (A1) with greetings and everyday phrases and moves forward in short lessons, grouped week by week. Your progress is saved after every step. If you already know some Swedish, a short placement test lets you start at a higher level.

Yes. Skrol is built for students of SFI (Svenska för invandrare) and gives you extra Swedish practice alongside your classes, although it is not an official SFI course. Between classes you can study Swedish grammar and everyday phrases, watch videos with translated subtitles, review your saved words and try real-life conversations, like ordering at a café or visiting a pharmacy.

Skrol's AI works like a patient Swedish tutor. In AI conversations you role-play everyday situations by typing or speaking – 130+ topics from beginner (A1) to advanced (C2). The AI answers in Swedish, corrects you gently, can translate its replies or read them aloud, and ends with feedback and a score. In guided lessons, an AI teacher checks what you write and say.

Yes. You can use Skrol in English, Swedish or Arabic, and the Arabic version reads from right to left. Videos show an English or Arabic translation under the Swedish subtitles, and the AI can translate and give feedback in English or Arabic. Lesson explanations are written in English, but the AI teacher's feedback in the Translate and Speak steps can come in Arabic.

Skrol starts with a free trial, and you don't need a credit card to sign up. During the trial you can use the whole app, with a daily limit on AI practice. After the trial, a monthly or yearly subscription keeps everything unlocked, still with a daily limit on AI practice.
